Last week I toured 33 Thirty Three Apartments in the Greenway Plaza/Upper Kirby District area. 33 Thirty Three Apartments are a very interesting mixed-use property located walking distance from a Costco, an LA Fitness, movie theaters, and lots of great restaurants. This property is managed by the Morgan group and is a great value for its location.
